Before you request a refill

Check the prescription label for the medication name, prescription number, and remaining refills. Request early enough to allow time for stock review and any needed prescriber authorization.

  • Confirm your current phone number
  • Allow extra time before weekends or holidays

What happens after your request

The pharmacy reviews the prescription, available refills, timing, and stock. If a new authorization is required, we may contact your prescriber. A request is not a confirmation that medication is ready for pickup.

Compounded prescription refills

Compounded preparations may require additional preparation time and ingredient review. Call ahead for a prescription-specific estimate and follow the storage instructions provided with your medication.
